Discipleship is the thread that connects everything Kingdom Assembly Missions does. It starts with a conversation, not a commitment you are not ready for.
What this is
Discipleship is not a class you pass. It is somebody walking with you while you learn to follow Jesus in the actual life you have, with the job you have, the history you have and the people around you that you did not choose.
At an outreach or a recovery meeting there is a moment where anyone who wants to respond to the Gospel can. Nobody is pressured and nobody is singled out. If you say yes, this is what happens next.
What it is not
It is not a requirement for getting help from us. You can take every meal, resource and referral we have and never speak to us about faith, and we will keep showing up for you exactly the same way.
It is also not a test you can fail. People relapse. People disappear for months. People come back. That is normal, and it does not disqualify anyone here.
